GLAMPING RATES & AVAILABILITY

Our bell tents are available from June to September. Minimum stay two nights, any start day except Sunday. 

We ask for a 25% deposit when you book, and the balance 28 days before your holiday starts. 

Prices

Each bell tent is around £50 - £120 per night for a minimum of two nights depending on season and day of the week. They can be booked separately or together. 

Dogs £5 each per stay (max 2), extra single bed £5/night

COVID CANCELLATIONS

  • You can book with confidence with our Coronavirus Booking Guarantee: In the event of coronavirus restrictions preventing your stay with us, you will have the option to postpone your stay to a later date (subject to any price changes applicable to the new date), or receive a full refund.

 

NON-COVID CANCELLATIONS

  • In the event of non-Covid related cancellations, the following policy will apply:

  • More than 8 weeks (56 days) before the arrival date – we will refund your deposit in full.

  • In the event that you need to cancel the booking less than 8 weeks before, we will always try to re-let the dates. If we are successful, we will refund any money you have paid, less an administrative fee of £25.  If we are unable re-let the dates, the conditions below will apply:

  • Less than 8 weeks but up to 4 weeks before the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain your full deposit.

  • Less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain your full payment.

  • We strongly suggest that you take out holiday insurance to cover the event of cancellation.

  • Your booking will not be cancelled by us unless exceptional circumstances occur that are beyond our control such as flood, fire damage, serious illness or other extreme external events. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your booking. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
