RATES & AVAILABILITY

COACH HOUSE: We book full weeks (Friday to Friday) and short breaks (weekend & midweek) all year.

Minimum stay: 2 nights at weekends, 3 nights midweek.

GLAMPING: Our bell tents are being retired. Our new glamping project will be available to book later in the year.

We ask for a 25% deposit when you book, and the balance 28 days before your holiday starts.

COACH HOUSE: Approximately £80 - £170 per night depending on season.

Dogs £15 each per stay (max 2), extra single bed £10/stay.

We ask you please to note our cancellation policy before booking with us:

More than 8 weeks (56 days) before the arrival date – we will refund your deposit in full.
In the event that you need to cancel the booking less than 8 weeks before, we will always try to re-let the dates. If we are successful, we will refund any money you have paid, less an administrative fee of £25. If we are unable re-let the dates, the conditions below will apply:
Less than 8 weeks but up to 4 weeks before the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain your full deposit.
Less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain your full payment.
We strongly suggest that you take out holiday insurance to cover the event of cancellation.
Your booking will not be cancelled by us unless exceptional circumstances occur that are beyond our control such as flood, fire damage, serious illness or other extreme external events. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your booking. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
